How to benefit from updates?
A new major release of Dolibarr ERP CRM is released every 6 months. In order not to erase your possible specific developments allowed by full access to the files of the application or disrupt the operation of external
modules that you have installed by yourself or disrupt the habits of your users, the installation of new major versions is not done systematically and silently as on other platforms.
To benefit from a new version, you can ask us via the support solicitation tool available in your client area to perform the upgrade. We can mount from any version to any other version.
Your data will be retained and migrated according to the migration process provided by the new version of the application. We take care of everything in order to make you benefit, on demand, from the latest innovations
brought by the new versions of Dolibarr ERP CRM. This service is included in your subscription, so no extra cost.
How to close/cancel my account?
You can cancel your account when you want. For this, connect to your customer dashboard (https://myaccount.novafirstcloud.com), then choose menu "My account" and click on link "Remove my account" and follow instructions. Warning, your data will be destroyed !
